Cancellation Policy:
*Seven day cancellation notice is required for all trips

*Cancellations made with less than seven days notice prior to scheduled departures will forfeit deposits

*If the customer should choose to terminate the trip and return to the dock earlier than scheduled, full 
rate may apply

*It is our intention to provide all customers with a memorable on-the-water experience.  The safety of our passengers and crew are paramount.  Departure shall be left to the sole discretion of the Captain, which generally depends on the condition of the vessel and equipment, or sea and weather conditions.  Should the Captain choose to cancel any trip due to the conditions mentioned above, and re-scheduling is not acceptable, a full refund will be given.

*The Captain may terminate a trip any time conditions become unsafe.  Should this occur, we will make every attempt to re-schedule your trip for another day if possible, or pro-rate the cost of the trip.

*The consumption of alcohol is allowed on a limited basis.  The Captain reserves the right to cancel a trip, without refund, should any passenger become intoxicated and/or unmanageable.
